Monument Valley is west of Gooseneck State Park in Utah. It is basically desert with scenic rock formations.



Gooseneck State Park has a scenic view of the San Juan River.



Gooseneck State Park is located near San Juan, Utah and is 10 acres in size.



We meet people from the Netherlands who are on a months long trip and offer to take our photo.



After leaving Gooseneck SP you enter Monument Valley. This is The Mexican Hat.



We are almost alone on the highway.



The area is all desert but spectacular rock formations.



Agathla Peak as you leave Monument Valley.

We get to Page Arizona and the Glenn Canyon Dam.
