JAPANESE LUNCH
On May 20, 2023 we had a typical Japanese lunch while visiting Nagasaki, Japan.
Our first course of a 8 course lunch. It includes a salad, a tofu cake, and tofu with onions.
Next we get rice and raw tuna.
Next a fishcake on noodles, and the rice is half gone. No movement on the tuna.
Food on a stick?? Fishcake with a lemon press for juice.
Fish sticks with sea salt.
Sticky rice with a sauce on the side.
The dessert. Soy ice cream and a clam cake.
