This hike is located near Fort Collins. This hike to the Falls is 4.2 miles roundtrip with an elevation gain of 47 feet. 7/30/2021

At about the halfway point a rest stop.

The day was very hot--90 degrees.

The last part of the trail was in a canyon.

Above the trickle of Horsetooth Falls there is a balancing rock.

After 2 miles we reach the falls.

We start back.

The Horsetooth Reservoir has a road around it. Part of the road is on the dam.
