FALL DRIVE NORTH SAN JUANS
In September of 2021 the drive between Telluride and Aspen, Colorado is very scenic fall colors.
We start at Telluride where it is raining.
Soon we come to the Paote Reservoir which is very low.
Soon we are emersed in color.
The snow capped mountains and the abundance of Aspen create a Calendar photo.
There are many photographers taking photos from this vantage point.
The clouds break up to give us fantastic views.
For at least 50 miles the view is stunning.
Everywhere se see a calendar photo.
Our timing seemed almost perfect to see the change of seasons.
